Careers
Build AI systems that actually ship.
We're a small team that builds AI systems for companies across Europe. No layers, no politics. You'll work directly with clients, understand their problems, and build the solutions.
Benefits
What it's like
Remote-first
Work from anywhere in Europe. We care about what you ship, not where you sit.
Real problems
Every project is a real business problem with real users. No internal tools nobody asked for.
Small team
You'll have direct impact. No waiting for approval chains or navigating a 200-person org.
Learning budget
Conferences, courses, whatever makes you better. We invest in people.

AI Engineer
Engineering · Full-time · Remote (Europe)
We're looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI/LLM-powered systems for our enterprise clients. You'll work across the full stack — from prototyping with foundation models to shipping production-grade pipelines.
What you'll do
- — Design and implement LLM-based applications (RAG, agents, structured generation)
- — Build and maintain data pipelines that feed AI systems
- — Work directly with clients to understand their domain and translate requirements into technical solutions
- — Evaluate and integrate foundation models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks
- — Ship proof-of-concepts and iterate them into production systems
What we're looking for
- — 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- — Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models)
- — Strong Python skills; familiarity with TypeScript is a plus
- — Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- — Comfortable working autonomously in a small, remote team
- — Based in Europe (any timezone from UTC-1 to UTC+3)
Nice to have
- — Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
- — Background in MLOps or data engineering
- — Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
- — Consulting or client-facing experience
